Once your handmade, UK manufactured sofa bed comes off production you'll be contacted with your invoice paperwork. After this, your order will be released to our carriers who will be in touch to book in delivery. This careful two person delivery can take up to 10 working days from the date of collection and we ask for our customers' patience during this time. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, we offer 14 day free returns, please get in contact with us via our Contact Us page or via email on contact@thechesterfieldcompany.com if you would like help arranging a return.
