I would highly recommend the Chesterfield Company. We visited the showroom/workshop in person just to have a look but were so impressed we ended up buying 2 sofas and a chair. Sales staff were helpful without being pushy. We were kept up to date by email on the progress of our order and it was ready in four weeks. The delivery was very easy to arrange and the delivery drivers were prompt, efficient and helpful.
Most importantly, we are absolutely delighted with our furniture! It is excellent quality and looks lovely in our living room. I have already ordered a footstool to go with it.

We ordered and received 2 Berwick 2 seater Old Vintage Aniline Apache Rouge. Both settees have been beautifully made. The order processed in a timely manner and delivery was earlier than expected. Thoroughly professional service from start to finish. The Delivery Company were excellent.

My husband and I purchased two 2 seater sofas from the Chesterfield Sofa Company and the service was brilliant, they took 6 weeks from ordering them to receiving a call to say they were ready, I want to make a special mention about Nathan who has been my contact, his service has been exceptional from start to finish.

We visited the factory and shown various options. We were helped deciding on the appropriate leather. the staff were very efficient and friendly.

Just taken delivery of two Regency Chairs and Balmoral Sofa. So much choice of styles, leathers and colours but delighted with my final selection. The ordering and timescakes were well managed and delivery handled professionally. Delighted with the whole experience! Thank you.

I love my chesterfield sofa. It feels a lot more expensive than it was and withstands the test of time aswell. Excellent value for money. I would highly recommend.

The company was very helpful from the start. They helped me choose the right shade of green by arranging a number of swatches sent to me. I picked a shade they do not normally use but they provided it. They managed expectation up to delivery. It included the time it would take for my sofa to be made, updating me at the point it was being made, when it was ready and arranging delivery. All as promised. I found their staff helpful, friendly and professional. My sofa is beautiful, the wait was worth it. It was a pleasure dealing with the Chesterfield company which produced a well made beautiful sofa for me.

We ordered 2 seater sofa and 1.5 seater armchair, having visited the warehouse and tried out a few different models. The pieces are attractive, well made and the most comfortable sofas we have ever had! The staff are really responsive to queries too - great experience ;)

We visited the showroom in July and the shop assistant was very helpful and patient with us. We found the perfect style and colour. The ordering process was smooth and we are expecting our sofas very soon, having been notified they are now built and ready to ship. Recommended.

The Chesterfield sofas are great value anyway, but we were really pleased to be able to get the one we had our eye on in the stock clearance last month. It looks great in our living room, it's big enough to lie completely flat on the leather is lovely and soft. Delivery took a couple of weeks.

"Delighted with our suite"
We took delivery of our suite yesterday, delighted with it. The delivery guys were great as well.
We understand that sometimes things don't go perfectly to plan but we pride ourselves on responding quickly to any issues you may have...................
Thank you very much for sending out one of your upholsters to inspect and repair my sofa. It seems to have been completely repaired and the technician was very helpful indeed.
